West Papua Shop in Docklands office is open (online too)

FRWP Womens Office sells a range of unique merchandise (books, art, documents, brochures, CDs and DVDs, jewellery, Morning Star flags) to increase awareness of West Papuan history, culture, environment, geography, music, politics, and identity. All profit goes to the considerable cost of appropriate representation of West Papua at international meetings so that this long-standing struggle for sovereignty is brought to a satisfactory conclusion as soon as possible. (Indonesian statistics demonstrate that by 2030 the indigenous Melanesians will constitute just 15% of the population, down from 99% at the beginning of the republic’s occupation in 1962).

Below is some of our unique merchandise. Note that for this year, 2020-2021, you can sponsor a Morning Star flag for the people of Vanuatu, whose government is pursuing votes for its motion in the UN General Assembly motion that West Papua is registered on the UN Decolonisation List.

To see all our products (most are not otherwise available) please visit our office. Each slide displays a wealth of background information (right-click for bigger view, or to download).
